Time for another layout from the December kit from Little Black Dress Kits! This kit is named A Swanky Notion, and you can see more of it HERE.
I LOVED this kit, and I hope you’ll check it out! The combination of patterns and colors especially appealed to me.

Time for my favorite layouts of 2012! I struggled with Mojo for much of the year, it seems, but managed to still create quite a few things I live. Here are some of my favorites, in no particular order:
I notice a few trends here. First, I really love single-photo layouts, but in most cases I use a fairly large photo (4x6 or greater). Second, I used Mit/Paint/Ink on each of these. Third, I like bright, bold colors. Fourth, my fussy cutting habit is alive and well! It’s interested to look at a collection of your work and see what defines it, isn’t it?
Thanks so much to all of the companies and design teams that sent my products and creatively supported me this year: Want2Scrap, Little Black Dress Kits, Pretty Little Studio, and The Curtsey Boutique. I’m looking forward to what 2013 will bring!

My kids loved being at the local library recently for an introduction to Faith, a therapy dog that works in our local hospitals and nursing homes. I snapped this pic during the presentation.
The chipboard word and bird are from the most recent Want2Scrap release, and you can check them out HERE.
Thanks for coming by!

It’s been really busy here, and I haven’t had much creating time. But I did manage to eek out a few layouts for Want2Scrap and Little Black Dress, so I’ll try to get this blog rolling this week.
Here’s a layout I had up a few days ago at Want2Scrap, and uses some My Little Shoebox products that were sent in my recent DT Box. Fun stuff!
See more of this fun project and the supplies used RIGHT HERE. Thanks for taking a peek!

My daughter loves having her face painted! This particular flower didn’t last long, though. She smeared it just after I took this photo. Oh, well, there will be more flowers.
To give the Want2Scrap™ letters the watercolored look, I coated them first with gesso, then acrylic paint. Once they were dry, I dripped some Shimmerz Spritz on them and blew it around with my heat gun until it dried. Lovely!
Thanks for taking a peek. You can see all the fabulous Want2Scrap™ Products HERE.

I’m thrilled to share today that I am the new DT Coordinator for The Curtsey Boutique! My friend CarrieAnne DeLoach owns this shop. She opened it a year ago and has done very well, and it’s easy to see why! There is so much to love in this shop, for papercrafters, altered artists, and crafters of other sorts too.
You can see the shop blog HERE and the Etsy shop HERE.
Go take a look! You’ll be in love.

Time for another Want2Scrap Layout! This one is a layout filled with nuetrals to highlight the photo of a gorgeous carousel it took recently. You can see the details, products, and what I did to what HERE.

One day at the park, I told my daughter to do anything she liked and I would take a photo. This is what happened.
I used the November kit from Little Black Dress for this page. It’s great for nearly any kind of layout! Take a peek HERE.

I’ve been working on my December Daily, getting it ready for the busy holiday season ahead. I’m sharing it today on the Want2Scrap Blog. You can see more photos and details HERE.
Thanks for taking a peek! Are you preparing for the holidays yet?

I feel like this post should have a much more exciting title! I’ve not been very good about posting recently, but again with good reason. I’ve been working on my Little Black Dress November Kit projects, which I can now begin to post. I’ve also been gearing up for a new blog, a new DT, and some holiday projects. So much fun stuff coming up!
The new kit from Little Black Dress is called “The Handsome Pretty.” It’s available HERE. Isn’t it fun?
Here’s my first project, an altered notebook. I make several of these each year for gifts, including for my daughter, who fills up two per year with her drawings and doodles. I know we’re going to love looking back on these in a few years time!
This kit has a lot of awesomeness! More projects to come.

I have some very special friends who are big sports fans. The cheer loudly, go to the games, and wear the apparel. When their little girl was born last year, one of the first things they dressed her in was a sports-themed outfit. Do their teams always win? Of course not! Husband and wife aren’t always cheering for the same side either. But regardless, the family times in the stadiums and bleachers make for some pretty great memories!
I used a load of BasicGrey and Want2Scrap on this layout. Chipboard adds wonderful dimension and diversity!

Hi everyone! Just popping in on this gorgeous Indian Summer day in Indiana to share another page using some Want2Scrap™ supplies. This page features my adorable nephew and some colorful BasicGrey PB&J.
How cute is that face? I used Ranger Distress Inks on the Want2Scrap™ Chipboard, and threw in a few embellishments from the older-ish BasicGrey Collection Wander (Still one of my faves).
Thanks for stopping by!
